STUDIO POLICY:
All Sessions Are By Appointment Only!
All Sessions Require A 50% Deposit which is Non - Refundable if you Cancel or Do Not Show Up.
The remaining balance can be paid the day of the scheduled session.
Your session will not start until your payment is made in full.
The Session Starts and Ends At The Booked Time Slot, Please Arrive On Time!
Anyone who is running late and does not contact us to let us know. You will be subject to forfeiting your slot. You can reschedule for the next available slot.
We Accept Cash, Cash App, PayPal and Zelle. We Do Not Issue Refunds Unless We Initiate A Cancellation. We Allow 1 Reschedule per deposit. You must reschedule within a 90 day time frame in order not to lose your deposit.
Mixes Are Included In Studio Time Which Means, If You Spend All Of Your Booked Time Recording, And You Want Your Songs Mixed, Then You Will Need To Pay For Additional Studio Time To Have The Song/Songs Mixed. Otherwise you will leave with raw unmixed files.
Please Note:
Please Judge Your Needed Studio Time Appropriately! Additional time is additional money. Please Come Prepared.
We can not remove any vocals off an already recorded song without having access to the original session or audio files.
If you want any special sounds, vocal chains or plugin settings, please know what those settings are BEFORE you arrive! Every studio set up and sound is different. Artist that know what they want tend to have a better experience in studios.
Normal business hours are between the hours of 10am (the earliest) and 10pm (the latest). Appointments after 10pm will require a 3 hour minimum. Please Show Up On Time! Our Time Is Valuable, We Have A Tight Schedule To Adhere To.
SMOKING
We Allow Smoking In The Control Room/Lounge Area Only.
Smoking Is NOT Allowed Inside The Vocal Booth!
There Is Absolutely No Horseplay!
Do Not Sit Any Liquids or Drinks On Our Speakers or Control Boards.
* No Un-Necessary Crowds: Seating is limited, we allow spectators, however we do not allow large crowds of people who are not working on the session. Please keep your company to a minimum.
*We have seating for the artist and 4 People.
* If you show up with an UN-NECESSARY Crowd of people we will not be able to accommodate your guest. You will be given the option for the additional guest to leave or you can reschedule for another date.
* We are not issuing any refunds for this purpose.
* For Security & Sound Quality Purposes No Running In & Out!
*Please Clean Up After Yourself. Do Not Dump Any Ashes On Our Floors or Furniture.
* THIS IS A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT, THERE IS NOT NEED TO BRING ANY WEAPONS INTO THE FACILITY!
* When Your Session is over, please do not linger or hang around. We have to get the next client in ON TIME.
* If you are bringing guest, please advise them of the studio policy.
